This policy describes how Muhammad Ayaz, operating Malik AI Agency as an individual ("we", "us") handles information in connection with malikaiapp.com and the Malik AI Agency software. The public website introduces the project; application access and integrations are being developed and tested. Sections concerning connected accounts apply when you authorize and use those features.

1. Information we process

• Website technical information: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes connection and request information such as IP address, request time, browser information and requested URLs to deliver and protect the website. Operational request logs may be retained.
• Information you provide: support correspondence and, when using the application, task instructions, project content, drafts and files you choose to submit through available features.
• Connected account information: when you authorize an integration, account identifiers, basic profile details permitted by the selected scopes, access/refresh tokens, and information necessary to carry out the actions you request.
• Content and activity: media and captions you select for upload or publishing, job status, platform responses, post identifiers and approval/activity records.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide requested workflows, generate or organize drafts, authenticate authorized integrations, submit content you choose to share, report results, respond to support requests, investigate errors and prevent misuse. AI-generated work must be reviewed by you. Do not submit passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

3. TikTok integration

TikTok integration is currently in Sandbox testing. Where enabled and authorized, Login Kit provides basic account information within the permissions you grant. Content Posting permissions allow selected media and captions to be uploaded or submitted for publishing following the applicable confirmation flow. We also process publishing status and identifiers. We do not ask for your TikTok password. Authorization takes place through TikTok. Enabling a developer product does not mean live publishing is approved or available.

You may revoke access through your TikTok account settings. Revocation prevents future authorized API access, subject to the platform's behavior; it does not automatically remove content already uploaded or published. Manage existing posts on TikTok, and contact us to request deletion of information held by Malik AI Agency.

4. Service providers and sharing

Cloudflare provides website hosting and security. If you use application AI features, task content may be sent to the selected model provider, or processed locally, depending on the deployment and configuration. Connected platforms receive the information needed for the actions you authorize. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect rights and security. We do not sell personal information or use connected-account data for advertising profiles.

5. Cookies and website features

This public website contains no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, login forms or application cookies. Cloudflare may process technical information or use security mechanisms to deliver and protect the site. Separate application sessions and provider authorization flows may use necessary cookies when those features are enabled.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain application content and connected-account information only while needed for the requested service, support, security or legal obligations. Retention depends on the data category and deployment. You may request access, correction, export or deletion using the contact below. After verifying your request, we will delete information no longer needed, except information we must retain for legal or security reasons. Any applicable exceptions or backup retention will be explained in our response. Published content remains governed by the destination platform and must be managed there.

7. Your choices and rights

You choose the content you provide and the permissions you authorize. You may stop using integrations, revoke permissions in the provider's settings, and request information about our processing. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of your information, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data-protection authority. Where legally required, we rely on consent; other processing may be necessary to provide requested services, meet legal duties or protect legitimate security interests.

8. Security and international processing

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service; no system is completely secure. Hosting and selected providers may process information outside your country, under their applicable safeguards and terms. Do not include credentials in task instructions or send them in support messages.

9. Children

Malik AI Agency is intended for adults and business users, not children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Changes and contact
