These terms govern your use of malikaiapp.com and Malik AI Agency software provided by Muhammad Ayaz, operating Malik AI Agency as an individual ("we", "us"). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Malik AI Agency is an AI-assisted business software project for task planning, specialist coordination, content preparation and selected connected workflows. It is under development; features may be limited, unavailable or provided for testing. This public website does not provide a public account dashboard or a working TikTok login/publishing flow. No availability, business outcome or third-party approval is guaranteed.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for any business or account you connect. Provide accurate information, protect your access credentials and use only accounts and content you are authorized to manage.
3. Your content and AI output
You retain your rights in the materials you provide. You grant us and necessary service providers limited permission to process those materials to deliver your requested workflows. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing it and checking any rights, factual claims, privacy issues and legal requirements before relying on or publishing it. The service is not a substitute for professional legal, financial or other regulated advice.
4. Connected platforms and publishing
Third-party connections require your authorization and are subject to the provider's terms, scopes, quotas and review requirements. You are responsible for selecting the account, content and available publishing settings, and for confirming consequential actions. Do not assume a draft is published until the destination platform confirms it. Changes to a platform can affect availability. You may revoke access through the provider's account settings.
TikTok features are currently being prepared and tested in Sandbox. General live TikTok publishing is not available on this website. If enabled later, TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting features will require authorization and applicable platform approval. Malik AI Agency is independent of TikTok and is not endorsed by it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, impersonation, harassment, malware, unauthorized access, credential collection, infringement or violation of another person's privacy. Do not bypass permission or approval controls, interfere with the service, or publish content without the necessary rights. Follow the rules of every connected platform.
6. Fees and availability
This public website does not collect payments or create a paid subscription. If paid services are offered, pricing, payment obligations, cancellation and any refund terms will be disclosed separately before purchase. Third-party services may charge their own fees. We may update, limit or discontinue development/test features.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes information processing, connected accounts and deletion requests. Do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for your task.
8. Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the service and revoke connected-account access at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, misuse, legal compliance or service changes. Request data deletion using our privacy contact. Ending use does not automatically remove posts already published to third-party platforms.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for independent third-party services or decisions you make based on unverified AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable mandatory protections.
10. Changes and contact
Changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated effective date; material changes will be communicated where required. Mandatory local laws and rights continue to apply. Please contact us about service questions or disputes so we can work toward a resolution.
